Children should wear clothing that is suitable to run around and take part in activities - football kits, joggers, leggings etc.
Children should wear trainers, but we do insist on no studded boots.
All children will need to bring a water bottle. It is super important to keep hydrated after lots of exercise!
As our 9-11 years sessions are two hours long, we welcome these children to bring a snack as we will have a break midway through.
On our home page, you will find a green "Book Your Spot" button. This will take you to our external booking system, where you can select your child's age group and preferred date.
We cannot facilitate walk-ins as we have a duty to stay in ratio. It is compulsory to book.
All of our sessions are first come, first serve. Sessions are booked one at a time (no monthly or annual subscription), however they are bookable up to 4 sessions in advance, so you are able to reserve your child's spot for the month.
We ask that our 4-5 year olds have an adult stay for the duration of the session.
For other age groups, adults are welcome to stay but it is not compulsory.
